Models Chapter 5 Summary: Rejection and Success

There is no success without failure!

If you want to be more than friends with women, then you must talk and act in a way that will polarize them.

Be genuine and take what comes. You cannot control how she will react to you.

This will often mean you will get rejected. But every rejection gets you closer to success, and this is the best kind of success. Because you will know that she likes you for who you actually are, not because you were pretending to be someone you think she would like.

Assuming you have done your best to improve yourself both physically and emotionally, the vast majority of times you get rejected will have very little to do with you.

More often than not it is just the wrong circumstances, such as bad timing. You may be at different life stages, she may be happily married, perhaps she just went through a messy break-up and decided to stay away from men for a while, or her dog just died, or for some reason she decided that for the next 30 days she is only going to date pastry chefs.

Whatever the reason, it isn’t about you. So just keep that in mind and move on.

Remember, you are approaching women to see if she is right for you, and not the other way around.

Success in dating is about finding those who will maximize your happiness.

In order to achieve this, you must meet and qualify as many women as possible until you find the ones that you enjoy spending time with and who also enjoy spending time with you.

When you look at dating from this angle, rejection becomes a tool to help you achieve success, because you are not going to enjoy spending time with someone who rejects the kind of person you are.

It saves you time.

Actually, they are fundamental for success in most life endeavors, but they are expressed here with a focus on the dating world.

The three fundamentals are:

1. Lifestyle: Honest living is value based. It is about developing a lifestyle that makes you happy.

2. Courage: Be honest about your intentions and bold in expressing them. Fight through fears and anxieties.

3. Communication: Honest communication is about how well you express your desires, and specifically for dating, how well you express your sexuality.
